Our School

The Hebrew Reali School in Haifa, Israel, was founded in November 1913 by Dr. Arthur Biram.
Today, there are 8 branches of our school in Haifa: a kindergarden (“Realigan”), three elementary schools, three middle schools, and our high school – “Reali Bet Biram”.
Our school contains over 1,000 students from 10th to 12th grades and about 100 teachers.
As required in high schools, we learn: Math, English, Hebrew, History, Bible, Literature and Civics.
In addition, each student has to choose two of various main subjects (realistic or humanic): Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Media Learnings, Economics, Arabic and more.

Nowadays, there are over 19,000 graduates of our school who hold key positions in the Israeli society. Some notable alumni: Ezer Weizman, Amnon Lipkin-Shahak, Ehud Manor, Amram Mitzna and Yochanan Vollach.
